Delivery

ALBO has 'White Glove' 'Free Delivery' within our trading area. (see store for exact coverage area) for all appliance sales over $499.95. We will deliver to your home, put in location, remove old and even install on some goods. Does not include necessary parts for installation (i.e: hoses, flex lines or cords).

Delivery Set-ups & Times:
Albo delivers Tuesday through Saturday most every week to most all locations. You, our valued customer selects which day works best. We even have "after 4 Confirmed' weekday delivery which frees up your busy time. The day prior to your scheduled delivery you will receive a call in the afternoon to confirm the delivery and give you an estimated 3-hour window time slot to expect your delivery.

    Customer Responsibilities Upon Delivery
  • An adult 18 years or older must be present during the delivery.
  • Put all house pets in a separate area from the delivery path.
  • For your security and peace of mind, we do not deliver merchandise to be left on a porch or outside the home. If accessible, we can deliver to your merchandise within your garage.
  • In inclement weather, please make sure there is a clear path from the street to the residence entrance (no ice, snow, debris, etc.)
  • Please make sure that the products will fit through door openings, that there is a clear path to the room where the product will reside and that the product will fit in the designated space.
  • Please inspect all products before signing for them. Damaged items should not be accepted and after signing for your item, you are responsible for the damage claims.

If you have already accepted the delivery and noticed missing or damaged parts, please contact us right away and we will have this taken care of right away. We have only a 2-day window to file freight claims, so reporting issues as soon as possible is very important.

If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, you can return the item under our standard return policy.

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong product and we cannot solve the issue with a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pick up and issue a full refund.

If the product has a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit as deemed by the manufacturer.

Mattresses
The delivery service is a “white glove” 2 person service that includes: inside placement to room of choice, stair carries (up to 2 flights), unpacking, set-up of basic frame (tool less), setup of the adjustable base (if included in your order), removal of debris and removal and disposal of old bedding.

Return Policy

Albo is committed to your complete satisfaction before, during and after every purchase. Your total satisfaction is guaranteed!.

Appliances
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Albo's, we will exchange it or give you a refund for the purchase price, whichever you prefer, within 7 days from the received date on all non-special order items. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include all packing material and manuals. Units must be unused, never installed and with any accessories. All serial numbers must match original, UPC code attached and no rebates filed buy the customer. A restocking fee will be charged on any item not in a manufacturer sealed carton. We will gladly refund your order total, less our costs for shipping and handling each way.

Special order or customized appliances cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Mattresses
The 120-Day ' Comfort Guarantee' assures you will receive the best mattress for you. The change from your old worn mattress to a new, supportive mattress can feel very different at first.

Please allow 30 days after delivery for you to adjust to your new mattress, and for your mattress to conform to your body after coming off the production line. If you aren't satisfied with its feel then, contact our mattress experts after delivery will work with the manufacturer to make an exchange within the first 120 days. There is a $99 processing and pick up fee. If your new mattress is more expensive than the original, you will pay the difference in price.

Disputes
